The Northern California Family Camp is held in the fall at Gold Country Campground in Pine Grove, CA. Below you will find information on camp location, registration details (including the deadline to register!), camp fees, a sample weekend schedule, and links to the required camp waivers and other important documents. Location
Camp Location and Lodging Details
Camp is held from Friday evening to Sunday mid-day, in the fall. In 2019, we moved to a beautiful new location of Gold Country Campground in Pine Grove, CA. The campground is located in the Sierra Mountain foothills and is billed as "Paradise in the Pines"! Use these driving directions or download our directions from Documents tab.

To register:
- Register online via Eventbrite
- Registration is closed.
- Make payment
- Payment is made via PayPal on Eventbrite when registering.
- Book your lodging
- Book your lodging accommodations separately by calling the Campground: (209) 296-4650. Let them know you are with California Hands & Voices and you will receive 10% off!
- Get ready to have a blast!

Weekend Rate (Friday 3:00p – Sunday Noon)
Adult and Youth
$10 per person (member rate)
$20 per person (non-member rate)
Saturday Day Rate
Adult and Youth
$10 per person (member rate)
$20 per person (non-member rate)
$5 per person additional Day Use Fee to be paid directly to campground upon arrival
NOTE: Price of tickets does NOT include sleeping accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, breakfast or lunch on Sunday. Optional potluck Saturday Night available.

3:00 pm—Arrival and check into your campsite area (Free time)
6:00 pm—Free Dinner in Kid’s Clubhouse
6:45-8:00pm—Short presentation about California Hands & Voices plus Schedule overview
Saturday

9:00am—Group photo families meet in front of playground area next to Parents clubhouse
9:30am-12:00pm—Parent Session Workshops and Children’s Activities
12:00-1:30pm—Lunch break- (Families on your own)
1:30-3:00pm—Parent session Workshops and Children’s Activities
3:00-5:00pm—Family Free Time/ Optional activity
5:00-6:00pm— Optional Potluck dinner
6:45pm—Campfire program/skits
8:00pm —S’mores
