Funding Resources

We understand it can be difficult to purchase hearing aids or other technology for your child. Below are some resources that we hope will be helpful to your family!

  • California Children's Services (CCS)
    California Children's Services (CCS) is a state program for children with certain diseases or health problems. Through this program children up to 21 years old can get the health care and services they need. On this site you can find: Know the Benefits, Find out if I Qualify, How to Apply and how to Contact a CCS Program. CCS will connect you with doctors and trained health care people who know how to care for your child with special health care needs.
  • Medicaid
    Offers U.S. government funding for some children needing hearing assistance.
  • Parent Resource Guide
    You can find funding sources starting on page 107 of the Parent Resource Guide.
  • AG Bell Financial Aid
    Financial aid programs are available for families at every stage of raising their child. Click through our website to read more about what may be available for you.
  • ESCO
    ESCO, the leading provider of loss and damage coverage for the hearing industry.
  • HLAA
    This organization provides information about many national or regional resources for obtaining amplification.
  • The HIKE Fund
    The purpose of the Fund is to provide hearing devices for children with hearing losses between the ages of newborn and twenty years whose parents are unable to meet this special need financially. An estimated 100 children are provided with hearing devices each year
  • Starkey Hearing Foundation
    The Starkey Hearing Foundation’s Hear Now program provides hearing aids for deaf and hard of hearing persons living in the United States. Applications are available online.
