Ashley Jones is a disability pride advocate, speaker, and founder of Our Disability Pride, a movement dedicated to celebrating disability as a valued part of human diversity. As the mother of five children, including two who are Deaf, Ashley draws from her lived experience to challenge ableism, promote belonging, and help families embrace disability with confidence and joy. Through workshops, keynote presentations, and the Calm & Courageous Podcast, she inspires communities to move beyond awareness toward true inclusion.
