Camp Information
Annually over Memorial Day Weekend – Check-in will begin starting at 4:00 PM. Dinner will be served from 6:30–7:15 PM, followed by evening sessions starting at 7:30 PM. We understand that not everyone will be able to arrive during that window—please come when you can. Our team will be there to welcome you and help you settle in so you’re ready to enjoy the weekend. Registration will close on the following dates:
- Family Registration will close when cabins are full, by April 30th
- Volunteers: Applications will close by April 15th, interviews will take place last two weeks of April
- Speakers, and ASL Interpreters will be invited to register prior to April 30th

Important Notes on Camper Fees
- 💲Members save with a reduced registration rate
- 📆Each camper can choose between Weekend (Fri-Sun) or Saturday only rates
- 👕Youth T-shirts are included in registration
- 👚Adult T-shirts can be added-on at end of this form for $15/shirt
- 🤱Children Under the Age of 1 are FREE and will remain with their parent
- 🤘Speakers and Interpreters are FREE

Did you know that California Hands & Voices members save per person to attend Family Camp? If you are not a member of CA H&V, we invite you to join while registering today for just $25 AND instantly qualify to pay the discounted member rate for camp fees. You are invited to email if you are unsure your annual membership is up to date.
